MEASUREMENTS & CAPACITY
The Butterfly room is 16’ x 31’ and will comfortably accommodate up to 40 people for classes, seminars, photo shoots and meetings. One-story windows allow attendees to view the garden around them, or can be shaded for privacy.
The price reflects a four-hour rental including three 8’ rectangular banquet tables, and 40 white, padded folding chairs.

- Sales tax--7%
- Garden attendant fee hour--$25/hour
- Insurance premium(s) charge--$1 per expected number of participants/projected number of people in attendance
- $100 per additional hour (includes garden attendant fee)

Out of this total, your $150 security deposit is refundable 30 days after the event date.
