This option allows exclusive use of the entire facility and is recommended for parties that will need more space and setup time than the Banyan Room option allows. There will be no other private events scheduled at the time of your event. The only exceptions are garden-sponsored events, which will be scheduled prior to your event start time listed on the contract. The lessee will have the option to begin setup as early as 9 a.m. on the date of the event. However, the breakdown time-limit of two hours after the event remains the same as rental of the Banyan Room option.
The price reflects a four-hour rental. In addition to exclusivity, twelve 60” round tables, twelve 8’ rectangular banquet tables, 200 white resin padded chairs, and a catering kitchen are included as well.
