This option allows exclusive use of the entire facility. There will be no other private events scheduled at the time of your event. The only exceptions are garden-sponsored events, which will be scheduled prior to your event start time listed on the contract. The lessee will have the option to begin setup as early as 9 a.m. on the date of the event. However, the breakdown time-limit of two hours after the event remains the same.
The price reflects a four-hour rental. In addition to exclusivity, twelve 60” round tables, twelve 8’ rectangular banquet tables, 200 white resin padded chairs, and a catering kitchen are included as well.
