Join us as the world demonstrates support for environmental protection.This Earth Day, the Garden celebrates with a presentation of eco-friendly organizations/vendors, the State of the Garden Address, and a full moon yoga class organized by Green Monkey instructors Hilary Packin and Amy Dannheim.

Seeds of Gratitude

This 11:11 day, in honor of servicemen and women, we gather Families to consciously choose seeds of joy, health, abundance, gratitude, faith, courage and loving kindness. The Gratitude seeds we plant in the Miami Beach Botanical Garden's nursery will be nurtured with our created Love Intentions of New Beginnings. We can return to this Community Inspired Garden to give love as these seeds bloom our families dreams. We practice together mindfulness as we connect to mother nature and our living plants.

International Coastal Cleanup

The International Coastal Cleanup takes place every year on the third Saturday of September. The event is sponsored by the Ocean Conservancy and is supported locally by business and environmentally conscious organizations.

Cinema Green in the Garden

Cinema Green in the Garden is a free environmental documentary series brought to you by ECOMB and the Miami Beach Botanical Garden. Coral City takes an exclusive look at coral as a living artworks and storytellers. Film, multi-media, and site-specific artworks take you on a visual story of the true potential of coral reef organisms. The film also discusses how rising sea levels, combined with government dredging projects are impacting not just the coral beds but the entire fate of Miami.
