We will practice inside the large Banyan ballroom and spill out into the outdoor space covered by the large sails.
Class begins at 6:30pm. (Garden gates will close at 6:40) Yogic breathwork for 30 minutes followed by a 30 minute Sound Bath Journey Savasana Meditation, ending at 7:30pm. Bring a journal to write down any insights that came up during the practice, or use journal prompts provided at the event, while enjoying a complimentary cup of tea. There are a few mats available if needed. Please bring yoga blocks/cushions/blanket if you’d like a more restorative experience.
By aligning ourselves to the cycles of the moon, we can interrupt autopilot living and instead, create a more intentional life. Instead of overanalyzing our life, we can get quiet, deeply relax our body, and in that state of deeper calm, we get more insights on how to commit to new beginnings.
