Garden Full Moon Candlelit Breathwork & Sound Bath Journey

Doors will open at 6pm so that you can experience the garden in the peacefully quiet after hours while witnessing the aromas of the flowers coming to life. Please check in and reserve your spot inside the ballroom upon arrival.

Our resident yoga teacher, Franci, will guide yogic breathwork that helps us remove stagnation and create deeper rhythmic balance with our nervous system, allowing for more fertile grounds for moments of clarity and inspiration. We will begin by grounding and setting intentions on the great lawn and then move inside to the large Banyan ballroom for our sound bath meditation.

Class begins at 6:30pm on the great lawn (10 minutes), followed by breathwork Sound Bath Journey Savasana Meditation (45minutes), ending at 7:30pm. Garden gates will be locked at 6:40.

Bring a journal to write down any insights that came up during the practice while enjoying a complimentary cup of tea. There are a few mats available if needed. Please bring yoga blocks/cushions if you’d like a more restorative experience.

Parking is available at Miami Beach City Hall, Lincoln Road Mall Parking, and if you are lucky, right next to the garden.
