FOREST BATHING at Twilight – Miami Climate Week

March 27 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Join Karina Del Punta, Ph.D., neuroscientist and founder of neuroXnature, in a unique collaboration with Miami Climate Week, Miami Women’s Month, Power2Voice, the Argentine Consulate in Miami, and the Miami Beach Botanical Garden for a special Forest Bathing experience.

Set within the lush sanctuary of the Miami Beach Botanical Garden, this science-backed sensory journey invites you to develop an intimate relationship with nature—not as a mere observer, but as an active participant in its rhythms.

This exclusive after-hours experience offers a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the garden after it has closed to the public. As the evening unfolds, the peaceful atmosphere will enhance your ability to slow down, tune into nature’s subtle rhythms, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world.

Drawing on her background in neuroscience and sensory perception, Karina will guide you through a series of gentle invitations that awaken curiosity, expand perceptual flexibility, and deepen your sense of belonging. As you attune to the land’s subtle rhythms, you may find clarity, wonder, and insight that bring you into deeper harmony with both yourself and the Earth.

This event is part of Miami Climate Week, a movement dedicated to environmental awareness and action, offering a space to reflect on our shared relationship with the natural world.

Special donation-based entry: $20+ (Regular fee: $65 per person)
