Embrace Your Body is a movement experience designed to awaken our senses and invite us to embrace ourselves as we are. Through gentle movement, we will also connect with the body’s innate wisdom for healing, joy, and well-being.
This guided class, accompanied by music, incorporates body-mind centering techniques to help ground, relax, and open the body.
Movements are slow and accessible, suitable for all ages, bodies, and abilities. The focus is on connecting with your breath, your body, and your movement to find your own rhythm and groove.
