The heART Garden Café: MUSES Edition with OCISLY Ceramics

Welcome to The heART Garden Café at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden—a serene, art-filled sanctuary where creativity and calm intertwine. Here, we invite you to celebrate all that is going well—like this beautiful Miami weather—and, just for a moment, set aside the anxiety, exhaustion and disappointments that may weigh on us.

Upon arrival, each guest will choose their own creative experience: sculpting with air dry clay; painting with watercolors; or crafting a collage.

Solo or with friends, The heART Garden Café is a peaceful weekend escape designed for reflection and self-expression.

These experiences are fully self-guided, allowing you to move at your own pace. We encourage you to arrive on time for the session you’ve reserved as we want to ensure a smooth experience for all, with time to explore the botanical garden before or after your session.

This year has been a journey of challenges, but our resilience, kindness, and radical optimism remain powerful antidotes. Let’s turn to art as an act of resistance—against the endless pull of screens, the overstimulation of social media, and the sense of disconnection from our community. Here, in this tranquil space, creativity becomes a form of healing, grounding us in the beauty of the present moment.

How it works:
1. Purchase a ticket.
We have 2 different time slots (11:00 am or 1:15 pm). Please sign up and commit to arrive at our check-in around that time. We encourage you to come early or stay after and explore the Garden.
2. Check in and choose your medium
We will have all the materials and tools necessary to create under the trees, and when you check in with us you will be able to choose between the following:
Sculpting Ceramics with Air Dry Clay – create fun ceramic pieces that you can take home with you

Painting with Watercolors – look around and get inspired by stunning array of colors and textures throughout the Garden

Collage with Nature – create a collage—it can be a vision board for the month ahead, an art piece you’d like to hang, or even a love letter to someone you ❤️
