Volunteer Work Day at the North Beach Compost Hub

Come get dirty with compost! We need your help turning our compost piles. Attendees will get hands-on and learn the natural indicators (including some pretty intense smells) that help tell us the compost’s stage. We will also be mulching and cleaning up the general area. Bring all your compost questions for Beata. Gloves will be provided, please wear comfortable clothes that can get dirty and a hat to protect you from the sun. Bring a water bottle.
In addition to turning the piles volunteers will be propagating phyla nodiflora (frogfruit) for our upcoming May event. Please RSVP.
